This place is horrendous the staff is terrible except for one person the nice gentlemen who drove us around to see some units for storing our stuff for couple of months front desk two ladies absolutely stupid and rude bitchy and mean as hell. The manager or boss who name was Michael was nice although I'm not sure if he ever is in the office never saw a guy besides the outside guy and the two ladies. Wow!! Come to find out when our automatic payment is supposed to go through that they can't find our paperwork. No one knows where all the agreements are that we signed or anything. How do you run a business like that? Then Julie is on the phone arguing with my husband! What! Like get your job done look for the paperwork and figure it out. I'm not sending more info to you when we did it all when we were there. Also we live far so can't just run over to redo paperwork. Don't store your stuff here it may become a mess later...

The only reason I give 5 stars is because of Melanie if it wasn't for her I would have chosen another place for my storage needs. Melanie has great customer service and is very personable. Melanie goes over and above to satisfy her customers and she deserves plenty of recognition. I don't know whats going on but before the owner chose platinum storage to manage that place Melanie always answered the phone and i didnt have to call into a call center which sucks now. My daughter and went to Yankee Storage yesterday to pick up a rental. We walked and this gal, Julie, who was sitting at the desk barely looked up at us, didn't greet us, and pretty much ignored us. My daughter was conversing with me when Julie decided to acknowledge us by aggressively and rudely interrupting our conversation. This is the best storage place by far! Both the ladies in the office are so nice and so helpful, the prices are fair, and I truly feel my stuff is safe when it's here. It's location is a bit awkward but nothing I can't handle.

Rented this storage unit online, best value in the area for sure so I was worried it might be a run down place once I got there, boy was I wrong! I was greeted and assisted by Melanie the manager and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Initially the storage unit I rented had an issue but she worked quickly with the rest of the staff to get me another unit quickly. Just wanted to say everytime that I have been there Melanie has been super she has been so helpful. I went twice on a Monday and no one ever seems to be there, I called and talked to carly I've never had someone be so rude, so I suggest not to go on mondays
