very friendly staff, Julie is a very sweet and very kind and helpful woman, she took care of my needs as quickly as possible even though these are trying times with covid 19, and the man that takes care of the lot outside was very kind and helpful with helping me choose a spot for my RV, I apologize for not remembering his name. I have rented with Yankee for many years in the past,and when my needs came for a storage spot again , I came back because of the friendly staff.

This is a great place for storage! Grounds are clean, the staff are professional, and helpful. They made my whole renting storage experience really easy! I was recommended by a friend, and was glad I checked them out! I really recommend Yankee Mini Storage for your storage needs!

I've been storing, and renting U-Haul trucks, here for 10 years. LOVE the Site Manager, Melanie. She is always helpful, and takes the time to answer questions about their property and services. My only problem with the facility is the newer corporate management. They continually raise the rates, and every time I reduce my contents to save on storage costs, they raise rates on my other units nearly annihilating the savings I was expecting. I once had 13 units, am down to 6, and they're raising the rates again, and I'll be pay... read more

She was very professional and gave us many options for our needs. We are from Europe traveling back and forward and find Yankee storage perfect for us. Dont understand the purpose of having a "manager" for the unit, since Melanie and Rick have all the knowledge to run the unit, but I can and will highly recommend this location for any who need a storage facility in the future.
