This company sucks. I made a reservation for a space but then I saw someone parking into the spot I reserved so I asked the office what was going on. They said the call center made a mistake by canceling the other person's reservation. Now they gave it back to them even though I had reserved it! It doesn't matter if it was a mistake or not. Why am I the one that has to be on the losing side?! Tell me that this isn't the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard of. The only reason I am giving this location a one star review is because they increase your storage space rent about every six months. I can't wait till I move and don't have to store my stuff there anymore. Just because a business can increase the rent, doesn't mean they have to....Does this business care about continuing business with their current customers?

Rented with them for 5 years. My only complaint is that the rent increases often, and instead of contacting me for updated renters insurance, they will just add it to your account when your policy expires. Other than that, everything else is great. The facility is always clean, and Melanie is awesome.

I am absolutely more than satisfied with the service I received at this facility. Melanie and Kathleen were absolutely supper friendly and answered all questions I had. I just moved my stuff into my new unit today and everything went flawlessly. Kathleen removed original lock promptly. I picked a drive up outside unit and I can honestly I'm supper happy with service, cleanliness, and location. Horrible, dont recommend this facility. I rented a unit 3 days before I planned to move in and on the day of move in, management forgot to remove the lock from the unit, was unable to move in and had to scramble to find another unit close by to rent last minute. Called customer service twice while I waited for them to resolve, management never did respond since it was sunday they are non-existent...didn't even rcv a so sorry for making the error return call. The location is great and safer because it is void of foot traffic. I haven't been there all that long but I am very pleased with the management there. I think hey name is Melanie.

Thank you Marcie for your appology but this kind of water damage should never have happened. I have an inside unit, not a drive up unit. I understand there was a lot of rain, but these units should have had better weather protection than this! I had areas in my unit with 1 inch of water on the floor. No amount of appologizing or insurance money will replace antique furniture, highschool year books and photo albums that are forever ruined. This self storage place is a complete dump, there's weeds growing all over the place, massive theft all the time, also, there has been numerous thefts of RVs and units, and especially toy haulers, there is no maintenance man/caretaker on site, homeless people all over the place, the company that owns it is called platinum storage group, and they obviously don't care about its properties or patrons,I would highly suggest not to use this facility....

Do not rent at the storage company unless you want to lose your items that you are trying to keep safe they don't keep your items safe they don't watch their cameras they let people tailgate in this place is a joke
