Rente de noviembre a diciembre de 2022 y encontré escremento de rata en todos mis muebles y cosas personales no es recomendable , nunca regresaría a este lugar de storage no vale la pena todo estaba lleno de pipí y caca de rratas simple mente asqueroso =(

I rented a moving truck from uhaul at another location. The other location didn't have the truck available and redirected me to Yankee Mini Storage. I was so happy I ended up here, even though it was a little out of my way. Melanie helped us and she was so nice and made the process for easy. Melanie also made sure all the supplies I rented with my truck were also there and my truck was clean. Thank you for helping make my move effortless!

Had this unit for 6 months and it was pain free and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Julie was great, her clear communication made moving in and out a breeze.

I have a unit and my does as well. My mom unit has been broken in too not once but twice and the insurance that you get through the place has yet to too any thing about the first time which was over 8 months ago much less the second brake in. Im not happy with them about they can do better.

Site staff spoke with your mother about the 2nd issue, and she stated that she didn't know if she was going to file a claim, that she didn't feel like dealing with it. Yankee storage is located very close to the Olivewood community in Beaumont. I received prompt, friendly service from both Melanie and Julia. My need was small but they gave me stellar customer service and did everything they said the would.

Make sure you read the fine print and ask questions before choosing to spend your money or make your purchase with this company. They told me and my husband that we'd be charged $91 and was charged $198.06. Thats a large difference I just would expect that if the employee has worked there 16 years like she said when initially acquiring our business, she'd at least explain basic procedure. I have been storing stuff at Yankee for many years, and manager Melanie M. is a ROCKSTAR. She has, unfortunately, been hindered from providing the kind of customer service she was once known for, since the advent of Platinum Storage Management. She's given no latitude to make any business decisions that could benefit the customer, or alleviate a problem situation.
