I've been storing, and renting U-Haul trucks, here for 10 years. LOVE the Site Manager, Melanie. She is always helpful, and takes the time to answer questions about their property and services. My only problem with the facility is the newer corporate management. They continually raise the rates, and every time I reduce my contents to save on storage costs, they raise rates on my other units nearly annihilating the savings I was expecting. As good as it gets is correct! Melanie couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant during signing the contract for the storage locker. She was very professional and gave us many options for our needs. We are from Europe traveling back and forward and find Yankee storage perfect for us. Dont understand the purpose of having a "manager" for the unit, since Melanie and Rick have all the knowledge to run the unit, but I can and will highly recommend this location for any who need a storage facility in the future.

I used to recommend Yankee Storage up until several months ago when the company sent in another woman to act as a manager. Since then, the place just is not the same anymore.
Be very careful storing here we experienced a theft of our trailer which was severely damaged and all contents stole once off sight. The thieves entered with a “long term” tenants security code and the cameras just happened to not be working. After posting a flyer on-site for a large reward for one of the most valuable items stolen from us we got a call with in 3 days that they had “found” our stolen item, coincidence? I have been there over 10 years . The last year or so they raised the rent significantly every 3 months.
