I just recently had a 48 hour EEG done by alliance and the tech who came out was fantastic, he was very polite and professional. He made sure that everything was working correctly before he left and made sure I knew all the rules to follow and where the 24/7 phone number was just in case I had any other questions. I will always appreciate the extra length alliance went to, to make sure this process was as less of a pain in the butt as possible. Thank you Matthew D. and Alliance!

Having a home EEG monitoring was a nicer experience for my daughter. She was not required to lay on her back for an extended amount of time, which she finds extremely uncomfortable. She was able to walk around the house and do every day activities with only a few limitations. The technician who came to the house was very professional and courteous. He followed all the necessary precautions to keep both himself and my family safe during the COVID event.

We had a great experience for our twins 24 hour EEG. Although it was extremely difficult dealing with 2 toddlers (one who was screaming the whole time) our tech Elizabeth Decker was great. At times it was stressful, but she did a great job. It was a long day, but we totally appreciated her patience and remaining calm throughout the process. My experience with Alliance was very professional. The lady that came out to my house was very nice and polite, made you feel comfortable and explained everything that would take place. She helped me understand ways to keep my skin from getting a rash and irritated from the gel used. She was on time both times coming out to my house. She did her best to remove all the gel from my hair. This is my second time to use Alliance and never have had problems with them. Thank y’all so much for everything.
