My neurologist recently had me do a 72 hour EEG with Stratus. I first spoke with Liz regarding scheduling and expenses. Next, Maria came to my home to attach the monitors and set up the equipment. This took approximately two hours, as Liz told me it would. During the time of testing, I received calls from Amanda, Drew and Nicole to test the equipment and confirm that everything was working properly. My Stratus/Alliance Rep was Matt Dykestra. He was very nice, relatable & appropriately dressed for Covid and was super fast and flexible! I have pets and he didn't mind, he responded to all my texts/calls ASAP. I also have alot of clutter from (boxes& moving materials) a recent move & he didnt make me feel bad/embarrassed at all. Very knowledgeable, very very very sweet! She reassured me and answered all my questions
They were prompt and the person who came out was very nice and knowledgeable! If I had to call for any reason the person who answered was very polite and answered my questions to the best of their ability, if they saw anything when they were monitoring me they called to check on me! Over all (except for how uncomfortable the test is which isn’t their fault) it was a great experience!
