Might be the worst company on Earth. I needed a 72 hour EEG, which Alliance assured me they would contact my insurance company prior to scheduling. They scheduled and did the test then smacked me with a bill for $3,700. I called my insurance company and found out not only did they not take my insurance, but they never called to be billed “in-network” which is protocol since the procedure was medically necessary. Alliance Neurodiagnostics is a scam! I was told it was a study, and will not cost me anything. Then received a bill for $1,142.86.
I had a routine EEG Aug 10 2015 Before my appointment I called the Irving office to ask if I would have any co-pay or deductibles for this procedure. I was told by their representative that my insurance covered the procedure 100%, no co-pay no deductable. When the technician came to the house I ask him the same question.
