Untrained employees. Had to have the crown of electrodes put on twice. Poor tech had to make 5 trips to my house. IT person reported I was online when I wasn’t even attached to anything and I was offline when I wasn’t. Very unprofessional. Hope I never have to go through it again.

Completely unprofessional. The tech who came to my house was wonderful. It's the follow up "care" or lack there of, after that. I had a 48 hr ambulatory EEG and never got a call for when I was going to have a tech to come to my house to disconnect me and pick up their laptop etc. The electrodes were put on Wednesday and to be removed today i.e. which is Friday. I called them this morning to ask them when someone was coming to the house and they did not have me on the schedule at all and said they can try and see what they ca... read more

They are impossible to get a hold of. The scheduler never gets back to you (even when she says she will) and after we finally scheduled the EEG and we took time off of work, cancelled therapies, set up nursing, etc. they called a day and half before to cancel. They send you a million notes confirming the appointment but I guess that doesn’t mean much to them.

I had a 72 hour test ordered. I had to carefully plan things with work to make this happen. They did not show up on time to do the hook up. They were supposed to be here at 9. They were not. Then it was agreed upon by me, the tech, and the supervisor she would come at 4:30. She decided not to do that. She then got to my house finally around 7 PM. The hook up takes a while. Terrible service. Report took too long to receive. Paid money up front and our insurance then paid in full. We only get voicemail and can get no one to call us back to refund our money.
