RecommendedTechnician never showed during time window. When they got back with finally, late in the evening, they said the equipment was no longer available. I had to take time off work for this, now I have to take more and during the holidays.
Untrained employees. Had to have the crown of electrodes put on twice. Poor tech had to make 5 trips to my house. IT person reported I was online when I wasn’t even attached to anything and I was offline when I wasn’t. Very unprofessional. Hope I never have to go through it again.
