Technicians were great and kind. I was told I’d have EEG report within 2 weeks we are now going on 5 weeks I have a strong feeling they lost the test as my neurologist can’t get an update from them

I’m writing this gritting my teeth at the audacity of this company in deceiving those with medical issues. How low can you be to lie to the mother of a sick child about the cost of this testing. They count on your stupidity. I was lied to and quoted $1,900.00 for my daughter’s 48 hour EEG. When I asked how that price was possible, I was told that the diagnostic center was in network. Tech was great billing is deceptive. They send out all eegs to be read and the patient gets the bill because the company they use is out of network with major insurances. Be ready for a huge bill!

Awful company! Not about patient care or employees. They have changed names multiple time. Major lay-offs and settlements for fraud. Would not recommend this company at all for employment or medical services. They also do not treat military the way they should be treated, even though they claim differently. Documentation is awful! And noone seems to no what they are doing. Incredibly disappointing company. Do your research first on this company, please!!!

Had the worst experience with Stratus Neuro today. Although the tech was kind and trying her best, she was not trained on the equipment she came with and what was supposed to be a 20 minute test plus set up took 3.5 hours from start to finish. It didn’t leave me feeling confident the test was even completed correctly. I’ve never had an EEG that didn’t involve deep breathing or use of strobes so not really sure what this test will accurately tell. I've waited nearly a month for results on my EEG. Apparently it's too much of a hassle to answer a doctor's request for them.

I am currently undergoing a 48 hr EEG. My technician, Sean, was unprofessional, answering texts on his personal phone while I underwent my routine to setup the device. Further, I received a call from the company after his departure stating that he wasn't truthful with the procedure that would follow regarding my testing. So, if I had listened to Sean, I'd have been waiting for a technician to come to my home to check my equipment, when that wasn't so. I don’t usually write reviews but I wish I could have had a better experience. I had a scheduled 3 day EEG on March 27th. The first tech was extremely obnoxious and made a joke about my memory loss. Throughout those two days I got nothing but texts/phone calls from the monitoring department telling me the wires weren’t working.
