I don’t usually write reviews but I wish I could have had a better experience. I had a scheduled 3 day EEG on March 27th. The first tech was extremely obnoxious and made a joke about my memory loss. Throughout those two days I got nothing but texts/phone calls from the monitoring department telling me the wires weren’t working. They sent him back to fix them, and I was informed I got a “bad batch of wires”. He connected everything again and left, and just as I figured the wires were once again giving me issues and I was cont... read more

I was told to contact Alliance for an EEG by my Neurologist, Dr. Morgan, after a car accident. For all other procedures I had related to my accident, I was told my cost of the procedure, if there was an associated cost. I was told nothing. After the procedure, my insurance company was billed $32,520 from Alliance and $8,985 from Dr. Morgan. My insurance company paid almost $3,000 instead, but I also received an invoice for $2,656.50. After numerous contacts, I have been told they will try to work with me and charge ONLY $... read more

I’ve been trying to contact you for 3 days about an abusive employee who sent death threats to people and you have not responded whatsoever.

Might be the worst company on Earth. I needed a 72 hour EEG, which Alliance assured me they would contact my insurance company prior to scheduling. They scheduled and did the test then smacked me with a bill for $3,700. I called my insurance company and found out not only did they not take my insurance, but they never called to be billed “in-network” which is protocol since the procedure was medically necessary. Now I am stuck with the bill, and I was told by their accounts receivable department that there was no need to wor... read more

Alliance Neurodiagnostics is a scam! I was told it was a study, and will not cost me anything. Then received a bill for $1,142.86.

I had a routine EEG Aug 10 2015 Before my appointment I called the Irving office to ask if I would have any co-pay or deductibles for this procedure. I was told by their representative that my insurance covered the procedure 100%, no co-pay no deductable. When the technician came to the house I ask him the same question. He checked his paperwork and told me it showed no charge to me. April 11, 2016 I received a bill from Alliance Sleep Center for $1032.44. If I had known that I would be charged I would have never had the pro... read more
