I had a follow up on a brake job and they took care of the issue right away and honored the warranty with no charge.

The service was okay, but I expected more attention to detail. The staff was friendly, yet the repairs took longer than promised. Overall, decent experience but not stress-free as advertised.

The car care is done exactly as requested by the owner. The staff is courteous and professional. If needed the staff will suggest any questionable car care areas that need to be addressed and make arrangements to fix the issue in a timely manner.

I got a nail today and stress free auto popped up as one of the only places on a Sunday and I appreciate how fast and easy the experience was. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. I honestly don't understand how I've never came across them before, I plan on coming here for future services. Thank you guys again.

We have been using Stress-Free Auto for a few years and are completely satisfied. They have worked on all 4 of our vehicles and have been accountable, professional, reasonable, and personable. We have had gigantic jobs done and simple lube jobs; they have handled all of our vehicle's needs and have helped extend the life of all of them.

They did exactly what they said they would do...they are not high pressure salespeople, they have high integrity and go above and beyond explaining exactly what to expect and communicating with you along the way. ...and they use great convenient technology to communicate with you.
