Dropped off both my Toyota Sequoia for service. In and out in 1-2 days based on the repairs needed. One car at 40k and another at 250+. Very helpful--got my vehicle in right away. When an additional issue popped up, there was immediate action to make sure issue was taken care of and solved.

I was in a bind; last minute van door issue (open stuck). Was able to drive it to the shop and they had it back to me in 48hrs. They are still needing to replace some hinges, but overall happy with the explanations and details of what was needed. (The $15 Lyft credit to and from the shop was a bonus)

The service was okay, but I expected more attention to detail. The staff was friendly, yet the repairs took longer than promised. Overall, decent experience but not stress-free as advertised.

The car care is done exactly as requested by the owner. The staff is courteous and professional. If needed the staff will suggest any questionable car care areas that need to be addressed and make arrangements to fix the issue in a timely manner.
