I have been to Stress-Free Auto Care at least five times over the past couple of years, and every visit has been frustratingly slow. Even with an appointment, the repair for my car always takes the entire day. Sometimes they seem busy, but other times they don't--yet the wait is just as long. They even provide a live shop camera, where I can see that no one is working on my car for hours, adding to my frustration. I took my Audi A4 2010 first time at Stress-Free shop and was very happy after I received the report indicating all findings and also the quote to have the services performed. Prices are very affordable!! Keep it up with the great service!!

The shop is clean, professional and very knowledgeable and efficient. My brakes began squeaking unexpectedly and I found myself in the difficult position of a big and critical repair at an inconvenient time budget-wise. I was offered interest free financing for 90-days as well as a credit of the inspection fee to future repair within 30 days. I really appreciated the friendliness, professionalism and care shown by Grant and Jack. The shop really went the extra mile to address my needs.

I'm extremely satisfied with my first experience here and the excellent customer service from Colin. I initially came in for a battery replacement, but they informed me that my batteries were still in good condition and the system just needed reprogramming. Grant and his team provided me with timely updates during my car's stay @ Stress-Free Auto. I also appreciated the very clear quote with potential impacts to my car which allowed me to prioritize must fix now vs later. I felt very comfortable and informed. Rip off! Charged me $30 dollars for labor and didn't even fix the problem. Don't waste your time here. They just suck your money and don't help.
