I have been going to this shop for years because they are honest in their evaluation of your vehicles problems and they take the time to describe it in layman terms. Stress-Free Auto Care provides excellent service to the customer and is forthcoming about repair before they even move forward with things. They give you options that help you decide what you need to do without trying to break the bank. The mechanics are excellent, and they try their best to get you out of there on time

Customer service was great and everything was clear and concise. The guy upfront working had an answer for everything I had questions on and the service was updated consistently.

They really live up to their name. I've never had a stress free experience when it came to my car, until I came here. Recently, I was driving in the carpool lane on the freeway with my 6 month old when all of a sudden my car was shaking uncontrollably and I couldn't accelerate. My stress levels were off the chart. I was able to pull off the freeway and as I was waiting for the tow truck I decided to call one of the hundreds of shops near my house. I brought my vehicle in for a leak that could have been possibly leaking from a gasket Stress Free repaired. The leak came from the oil pan plug. Manager Alonso told me my car would be ready within the hour. I arrived at the shop and my car wasn't ready. The part wasn't even delivered yet. Waited over a half hour. Then I was charged $120 which was never told I would be charged. Drove the car for five minutes and parked it for an hour just to see a huge puddle of oil. I dropped off the car that evening. I reached out directly to "Stress-Free" on their website, but they haven't bothered replying so I'm going to share that letter here. They took advantage of my young-adult daughter and I'm just not OK with the way they sold her a completely unnecessary procedure. I'm not so sure it's stress-free any longer. When I was having the tires rotated along with other services being performed, they didn't bother to call when they couldn't find the key needed to remove the lug nuts. After waiting hours past the promised time, I called for an update and was told they had been searching for the key for over an hour. Why didn't they just call when they couldn't find it?
