They were very easy to work with and very accommodating! The loaner car was a life savor while mine was in the shop!

I wasn't expecting much, but so far it has really been stress free. -Timing of repairs is always reasonable. No ridiculous wait times or extended pick up times. -They send inspections and suggestions via email and you just select which ones you want and approve it. No weird social pressure. -Complimentary Lyft if you need to drop your car off. -Pricing seems pretty average. I generally hate working with auto shops, but so far this one has been great. They are across town from me but worth the drive.

Scheduled oil change for my 17 year old truck. Received a complimentary inspection of all systems with detailed recommendations for service/repairs. No high pressure. Courteous staff.

The technician listened to me and believed me when I described the sound my car was making, even when he wasn't able to replicate the sound himself, which led to an easy diagnosis upon visual inspection. They also diagnosed another sound I reported and gave me an honest explanation of the problem and a very fair estimate for repair costs, without being pushy or patronizing. They treated me exactly the same way they treated the male customers. Definitely recommend them, especially for women!

Avoid at all costs. Misdiagnosed my vehicle, could have been disatratrous but luckily another shop spotted the problem and fixed it.
Not the great place I thought I had found. Long story SHORT - GET IT IN WRITING. Found a rat's nest and some damage - "great, we'll take care of it". Then suddenly - "we don't do that." AND - "Rotate and balance? Sure!" Then suddenly,"we rotated but we can't balance." ??? Who's on first???

They didn't responded until after a week I requested a quote to replace the alternator by that time my car was already fixed, I am giving 2 star rating, at least they responded
