They're very friendly. They give you good information and tell you what else is wrong with your car. They tell you everything that is wrong with your car.
Well stress free auto told me that what was found on it was not covered with MaxCare. I'm an employee of CarMax and when told me he kinda laughed and then proceeded to tell me that the repairs needed was not covered and went to another shop and they know us well as we use them for service at times. Told them what had happen and showed what was needing repairs and they told me it would be covered and they set me an appointment next week to address issues with using MaxCare.
My daughter tried driving to college the next day and the coolant leak persisted. Forced us to tow her car to our normal mechanic for repairs. Feel like my money should be refunded.
Didn't do anything charged $100 for AC drain and refill, was told AC compressor was dead so they didn't do any work and still charged me.
