The customer service was great after I had to drive 250 miles to bring plugs to them for my daughter's car they wouldn't replace. Andy told me and I quote "We don't kick the can down the road" so after I got there Mike had a talk with Andy and we got work done asap on the car. We were getting it ready to sell and didn't want to invest a lot of money into it.
They have good communication with customers. I like that they are Vets and are very respectful to fellow Vets. Everyone was welcoming and very friendly.
The work wasn't as fast as I had expected but they did great work on what I needed done. The customer service was good. They were extremely busy but got me in.
