Scheduled oil change for my 17 year old truck. Received a complimentary inspection of all systems with detailed recommendations for service/repairs. No high pressure. Courteous staff.

The technician listened to me and believed me when I described the sound my car was making, even when he wasn't able to replicate the sound himself, which led to an easy diagnosis upon visual inspection. They also diagnosed another sound I reported and gave me an honest explanation of the problem and a very fair estimate for repair costs, without being pushy or patronizing. They treated me exactly the same way they treated the male customers. Definitely recommend them, especially for women!

Came to Stress Free after my car overheated. They found that the water pump and a hose were leaking. We told them to fix anything wrong with the car that they could find. Both were replaced along with an AC blower motor. After getting my car back, it began making noises within 15 miles of driving. The serpentine belt was out of place and they allowed us to leave without noticing. We took the car back and they fixed the belt, but they tried to say it was "out of the kindness of my heart" instead of part of the services we had... read more
Avoid at all costs. Misdiagnosed my vehicle, could have been disatratrous but luckily another shop spotted the problem and fixed it.
Not the great place I thought I had found. Long story SHORT - GET IT IN WRITING. Found a rat's nest and some damage - "great, we'll take care of it". Then suddenly - "we don't do that." AND - "Rotate and balance? Sure!" Then suddenly,"we rotated but we can't balance." ??? Who's on first???

They didn't responded until after a week I requested a quote to replace the alternator by that time my car was already fixed, I am giving 2 star rating, at least they responded
Honestly, to book an appointment was easy but once I got there they don't seem like how they look on their pictures online, they were being kind of rude and they were trying to get money out of my pocket, I went to another dealership and it was way more cheaper than here, if you want to know where I went, I am more than happy to help :)
