The man in the office was very pushy about replacing the rotors. Insisted they were warped. My wife, my father, and their own mechanic confirmed the rotors were fine and not warped or worn.
All good.
They were very busy and took a bit longer than I expected but the pricing was worth the wait. The employees were very friendly and respectful.
It was my first time there and the customer service was good. I like how they gave me options on some of the work that I wanted to be done and didn't actually need to be done at that time. They seem very honest.
The customer service was good. They were really helpful considering I broke down in front of the shop. They were very good at explaining things to me. Very honest place.
The work took longer than expected but the pricing was good so I will use them again. The customer service was good and the staff was very nice.
Everyone was friendly. The work was good with reasonable pricing.
The customer service was pretty chill. They were quick to get me checked in. They went over the work with me as they were doing it so I could ask questions if I needed to.
The manager Mike was awesome. He kept me informed and sent an email on what I should watch for but didn't pressure me to do it right now. I liked my visit so much my husband is taking his vehicle to them this week.
