They arrived on time with a crew of approx. 8 workers. They had to remove 4 of my plants but replanted them upon completion. Two of the piers were to be placed under my porch so they had to break through the tile and concrete in order to get to the foundation. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up. The only issue I had was that they had to remove 5 bricks that edged my front walk way and upon completion, I only found 1 brick. They came out on time and put out these sensors throughout my house and found that while I had some movement it wasn't enough to do anything about. They recommended some dirt work around the foundation to help stop the movement. The evaluation was no cost even though I didn't have any service performed. They guy that came out was professional and quite helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and I felt I was respected and treated well. All of the Structured employees I interacted with were very courteous, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and thoroughly explained every step of the process in detail. Not once was I talked down to, or did I feel that they were untruthful or trying to charge me for anything I didn't need. Bobby and his team were excellent. Professional in doing the work, professional in maintaining as contained a work site as possible, and professional in cleaning up. We dreaded having this done because it involved tearing up the floor in a bedroom and bathroom, but they contained the site and made this as painless as possible. I contacted a well-known foundation repair company which had previously done drainage work and a foundation inspection for me. The representative told me I needed to spend $30,000 or move asap. He was very punctual and professional. I thought he gave honest, straight forward feedback. If I had to have structural repair done I would probably use them.
