This is a highly professional company and they truly stand behind the work they do. We bought a house in September of 2012. A major design flaw meant that the driveway sloped quickly downward toward the garage, causing it to flood whenever it rained. We called several companies to offer solutions to the problem and Structured's made the most sense. We hired them and they installed a trench drain that September. There were several doors that would not close in my house as well as cracks in the wall. I got several bids but felt that Structured Foundation explained to me most clearly what needed to happen, how long it would take, and hopefully the results. The crew arrived on time and began work immediately. They were very professional and careful about laying down tarps and were shoe coverings to protect my floors. Overall, their quality was good. It's just that they charged for the inspection. It seemed like if I had hired them for the work, it would have not been thorough. They would have fixed the issue but their solution is not as much better as what the other company would have provided.
Everything went great. At the initial inspection everything was explained to me and everything occured just like the explanation. The excess dirt was used on the other side of my house where there were low spots and the dirt was graded away from my house. They gave me the option of what I wanted donewith the excess dirt. They would hall away any that I had no use for. They showed up when they said they were going to and started work right away. Any questions I had during the process were promptly answered. Both times, even when by my untrained eye it looked like I was going to have huge foundation bids, they did their calculations and showed me that there was minimal or no repair needed! That's amazing and it shows that they don't lie to get business. I highly recommend these guys!!! <br />
Scheduling was efficient and prompt. The visit was very professional. They measured / surveyed the entire foundation because we thought we had a problem. it turns out that the foundation was in good shape and no additional work was needed. Foundation repair is a high margin business, and it takes courage and integrity to say that no work is needed. The representative was punctual. After he completed his inspection, he explained the situation to me including showing me pictures of the current issues. I have had two other foundation companies do work for me and got an estimate from another company. This was the only company that told me that they would get a permit and that required an engineering report before and after the work. I was preparing to do some remodeling, and wanted to make sure there were no existing issues with the foundation before spending a lot of money on renovations. Structured came out and did the job quickly. The engineer found no issues and there was no charge for the inspection. They are a class act. I'd heard about them on the radio and here on Angie's List, so I thought I'd try them out. I'm glad I did! On-time, professional, courteous. <br />
They showed up when they said they would, did an accurate estimate, so no surprises on any front. EXCEPT: they said they would repair the sprinkler lines that they broke, but did not do so.It's possible that they did not realize the area they broke, so I can give them that.It took me a couple of weeks to get my sprinkler system up and running like before.
