Fixed what two other foundation companies weren't able to fix at a reasonable price. <br /> Showed up at the appointed time and finished on schedule. <br /> They also did a great job as far as clean up, I would recommend them to anyone. <br />

<strong>I called a few days ago to make an appointment. They were able to accommodate me very quickly. Larry showed up on time, was very professional, took measurements and spent time looking at all my issues. Jefferie was very detailed and explained the damage and repairs that needed to be done very well. In the end the sale fell through and the work was not done but because of the service given and integrity we feel they have, based on their results and the other inspections we had done,we would definitely use them in the future. <br />

Structured Foundation was a company that came highly recommended. I also liked that the price included a third party engineer to verify the initial quote as well as checked the work once completed. <br /> I know that if initially there had been more information communicated when the quote was first performed (what to expect), that would have helped ease my concerns as this was the first time I've had foundation work done. <br /> Here I am at the end of the process and Structured has come through. We recently discovered a large crack in the brick veneer on the side of our 2.5 year oldhome. A City of Frisco Building Inspector looked at some photos I took of the crack and immediately said "foundation failure" Yikes! The home builder said nothing to worry about, just a brick issue. We've had our up's and down's with the builder so, even though we are still within our warrenty period, we wanted to get an outside opinion of the crack before we let the builder do any work. In a word, this company was awesome. The work was neat and lean both inside and outside the home. The outcome was excellent, better than our expectations. There were follow up contacts to be certain all was well and the following month they came by to add soil as needed to compensate for any settling. We could not be more pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone with foundation repair needs. <br />
