We were able to schedule an appointment with a salesperson for quote fairly quickly and their bid came in lowest of the ones we considered. Their competitor agreed to price match for the work, though, and was able to complete it the same week, where Structured told us we would have to wait at least a month for the repairs. <br />

After he thoroughly inspected and measured (which took just over an hour), he showed me the worksheet and explained what he was looking for. Fortunately there was nothing wrong my foundation and the cracks I had shown him were merely cosmetic. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and pleased with his detailed explanation of the processes he had performed. Structured Foundation inspected my home twice before recommending a plan to correct the foundation problems. Unusual circumstances made it difficult to determine the exact movement of the foundation, therefore Structured Foundation recommended waiting a period of time and allowing them to re-evaluate. I was concerned with a few cracks and a sticking door after my neighboor experienced damage to her foundation. I sent an email for an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment that day for the following week. <br /> Bradley was professional and informative. Although I do not have a problem now, he showed me what to look for and provided measurements as a point of reference. Bradley provided me piece of mind and if I have a problem in the future, Structured has my business. <br /> <br /> <br />
When they checked the foundation, they found it was level to within acceptable tolerances. <br /> Determined that 2 concrete piers would be sufficient to stabilize the garage, though they said it was not absolutely necessary, and that it would not necessarily close the separation in the brick. <br /> It did not close the separation in the garage door, so I was disappointed. <br /> But, I was watching them perform the work; and I am satisfied they did the job properly. <br />
Promptly answered the phone and arranged for an inspection for the very next day. The consultant showed exactly at the time of the appointment. After a quick visual inspection Raj told us he did not see big causes of concern regarding the foundation and all that he sees are typical for an older house where the dry wall joints slightly separate. Professional sales guy looked at the house and took time to explain what was going on and solution. There was a little bit of a wait in between agreeing to the services and the performance there of. I guess they are a bit behind due to the good job they do and demand for their services. They showed up on time, performed the services as contracted for, and left the house in a clean shape.
