This team from start to finish was awesome. We'd contacted two other companies to look at our foundation as we've know that we've had movement over the years. Our house was built in 1972 and is a very long ranch (approx. 4100 sq. feet). We were estimating that it was going to be over $15K to repair it. During initial appointment, Rhett used an instrument to measure the levelness of the foundation. He determined that 9 concrete pilings were needed to level the foundation. <br /> On the day of the repair, the workers showed up on time and got right to work. Again the instrument was used to measure the amount of lift being performed. They completed all the work the same day. The company keep me up to date on when the foundation inspector will <br /> come and his name. When the foundation inspector came out he did a walk <br /> around the exterior of the home and noted that there were only "common" <br /> cracks in the corner of the front of the foundation and nothing to <br /> worry about. He seem very knowable in his "craft". <br />

I had several estimates on my house foundation, so I knew that I had some areas that were low, and some that were high. While other companies gave me a variety of very expensive options, he determined that my situation was so complex that my best course of action would be to get a third party engineer's report to give me a better idea of what repairs actually needed to be done. I respected that he didn't try to sell me on a repair that may not have been the best option for me. <br />

It went well, They were clean efficient and quick. The doors now close correctly a bricks moved back in place. Very happy with the work. <br />

Called Structure to receive one of three professional foundation repair companies for an estimate/opinion. Very Punctual and Professionaltech (Raj) came out to inspect. He was super thorough and took several measurements in and around the outside of thehouse. After Raj was finished he walked me through signs of settling versus foundation issues. They were prompt and professional, very thourough in their examination of my foundation. <br /> They took many elevations with their equipment and made recommendations. <br /> We are undecided as what to do at this time but if I opt for foundation repair it will be this company. <br />
