Matt greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived. Matt had the right questions regarding our visit and quickly found a vehicle that we drove and purchased. Matt was helpful and pleasant to work with on our quest for a new car,Ā
You did great. One ? though, why do you fill up the washer fluid w what appears to be water? I put in anti freezing washer fluid and the stuff you put in doesn't seem all that great.Ā
I had to cancel my later appointment this afternoon so I came as a walk in and they got me in and out in 45 minutes. They are always so nice and try their best to be accommodating. šš½we š Subaru of Bend and their new building is beautiful and nice to wait at.Ā
Service tech greeted me properly and on time. He went over the entire list of things that were done to my car and explained/answered all of my questions.Ā

Work done quickly. New facilities much nicer. Only missed the popcorn machineĀ
Service was on time, efficient and well done. Service guy was great. The 3% fee for using a card? Cash and checks are a thing of the past.Ā

The personal care was excellent. All staff did a good job, so far as I am able to tell. On the down side, I missed the sale promotions. For years I have had my Subarus serviced by the Bend dealer because they worked hard to accommodate my limited retirement income. Now I pay full price for everything, or so it seems. Offering no loyalty benefits does not compete well against independent service providers.Ā
