Service was on time, efficient and well done. Service guy was great. The 3% fee for using a card? Cash and checks are a thing of the past.Ā

The personal care was excellent. All staff did a good job, so far as I am able to tell. On the down side, I missed the sale promotions. For years I have had my Subarus serviced by the Bend dealer because they worked hard to accommodate my limited retirement income. Now I pay full price for everything, or so it seems. Offering no loyalty benefits does not compete well against independent service providers.Ā
Great service ! Since I made an appointment , it only took just 1 hour before getting a call from Subaru to tell me my car was ready ~ Everyone was very helpful and service oriented.. Customer service was A+. Getting my car washed is a BIG plus !Ā
