Great experience from start to finish
The new building was great. My oil change was fast with not much of of wait. I was checked in by a very friendly person. A bit confusing on where we need to go. Love the new building great job Subaru of Bend
Helpful and ready to check me in. Explain the service and when more was required, called me for authorization, Love the free car wash!!
The service was quick and well explained. However, the technician forgot to give me back the key to my wheel locks.
Was met immediately by representative Josh James. He was great - found the car I wanted, brought it around for me to see. Good experience. And I appreciate the streamlined service bay.
Excellent staff. Especially Chip who was able to break into my car. Paul very pleasant and kept me informed of progress.
Faster than estimated. Found issue and fixed it.
I did my standard maintenance, and addressed a couple issues I had questions about. Checked everything on my car to make sure it was going like it should be and you did it all with a kind smile, and a good heart! Plus I felt all prices were very reasonable. Thank you for taking care of my Subie!!!
