Chip did a great job of getting us in quickly in a difficult situation and getting our car back to us in time for the holiday weekend. Dustin was also very helpful when we came to pick up our car. My only complaint has nothing to do with the service team at Subaru of Bend, but with the car itself. The failure we experienced was not consistent with what we've come to expect from a Subaru (our sixth in twenty years) and with that we are very disappointed.
The service, like always, is outstanding! The new decision for Subaru to pass the 3% surcharge fee to the people seems opposite of the Subaru Promise. Subaru states “The Subaru Love Promise is how we work together with our retailers to improve our communities and dedicate ourselves to providing exceptional service to our customers.” Yet choosing to pass more fees onto the customers is the opposite of what Subaru prides themselves on. You did fine except it would have been nice to know that using a credit/debit was going to cost an extra 3%. If I had known this I would have brought a check. Maybe you should change banks.
Jeremy Fry is the best, and is primarily the reason we returned to Subaru of Bend for our new Crosstrek. He is genuinely friendly and extremely low-key, low pressure. We really appreciate him!
