Worked with Greg for a second time and he was great. He had the car up front when I arrived and answered all of my questions. After finally deciding to purchase the Subaru sport off to finance. Fraser took his time to be sure I understood all the numbers and was fun to talk to. It was probably the best car buying experience I have had.

My service check in was fast and the customer service rep was thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the repair on my Outback has taken 14 days now which is a little discouraging. The dealer gave me a loaner vehicle but it doesn’t have snow tires which is concerning. Overall, still a good experience with Subaru of Bend.
I always have a great experience at Subaru of Bend, but my last visit was exceptional. Noah from services was incredibly attentive and generous. He called me as soon as my car was ready, called me again before they closed for the day, and because I was out climbing and unable to make it back to Subaru before services closed, he worked with me to figure out how I could pick up my car the next day.
