Subaru of Bend service department is the absolutely best service department. I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. Professional, attentive, and always striving to make the customers experience the best it can be. I would purchase another Subaru at this dealership based solely on the quality of their service department. However, their sales department is just as outstanding. I highly recommend Subaru of Bend.
Your service was Very professional and at the same time like a family. A detailed inspection and honest recommendations, did not try to sell me services I did not need as other dealerships have tried. That is refreshing.

Repairs took longer than expected but car runs perfect and panel lights off including the check engine light. Concerned about Subaru battery that was dead when I picked up the car. I don't think battery should be dead after 1 week in for service. Does anyone check the battery when a car is brought in for service?
I had a service emergency and came to Subaru with no idea what to do. The team was professional, reassuring, and solved the problem. Great experience!
The service manager was very helpful and gave me an upfront estimate on what my service would be. The vehicle was done on time and I had no issues with the service. Also, I needed a ride home and back to the dealership and Jim was very pleasant and very accommodating.
Brandon Baltzel did an outstanding job. His professionalism and customer relations were stellar. A wonderful employee that did a great job.!!
