We previously bought an Ascent from Subaru of Bend and had great service from our sales rep Josh and the sales manager Peter. With a need of a second car, we just went back to look at the Outback, and we had great service once again. Josh was not available but we had the good fortunate to be helped by Juliana Molony who was just terrific. Not pushy. So informative, and just a pleasure to deal with. Right when I walk in the door, the service is always with a smile! The Service team is very professional and takes the time to let me know anything about my vehicle. On top of that, I needed a ride to and from my office of which was awesome as they provided an Uber at no cost! They even took the time to ash my car, again free!!! Please thank the team as everyone did an amazing job!
I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I showed up 2 hours prior to my appointment and they still took in my vehicle. They weren’t busy at the time and said they can have the car ready in 30 -45 mins. We had just got home and got a call saying it was done. Wow- that was fast !! Awesome job guys. I look forward to my next service appointment.

In and out quickly and car washed to boot
I’m positive that I have never had service like this. Changed my oil, filters, and found an oil leak that could have caused me some serious problems!! Now I’m going to take it in Monday morning first thing and they are going to fix it!!! And I can’t forget about the waiting area where I sat while they were working on my car. The best of service!!
