This is a great place to be. The staff and accommodations are wonderful. The staff go out of their way to keep the resident active and comfortable. The communication with the family is very good and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. Medication management, bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance is some of the care the community is able to provide my loved one.

I really liked Sun City Senior Living very much and still love them to this day. The staff were very high energy and it was a cheerful environment. The only downfall for us was that the rooms were smaller and older looking. I was having a hard time finding the difference in things like the staff and activities provided in assisted living and memory care. Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience, everybody was super nice. However they have communal dining and our loved one is quite shy and we thought that would just be to overwhelming for her, we wanted a smaller dining scene

The kitchen was clean and the food had a good variety. She is getting really good care. Go, look into it. It's an older facility but it has much more warmth and makes you feel comfortable. The people in the reception area are nice and welcoming as well. If you have a question about anything, someone is available to help you. You put your call light on and they answer rather quickly. They work hand in hand with hospice.

Our loved one is still adjusting to this community, but overall we like the people and she is liking it there. The process they go through to explain the different levels of care is great, it is written down and clear on paper which was something our loved ones previous community did not do.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We toured this community and it was very nice, the staff was friendly, and they answered all our questions. They seemed understaffed and we did submit a deposit before we chose a different community. The refund process was bad and it took forever to get our money back

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They'll answer all of your questions, but sometimes you just don't know the right questions to ask. Our loved one was in assisted living for just a day, and then moved to memory care after a fall. For the assisted living side, I would want to know if they followed up with the physical activities. In memory care, our loved one just sits in the wheelchair, which is not good. I would want to know about activities, especially now that Covid restrictions have been released. Decent, livable double unit. Good staff and good care for mom. Very warm and friendly feeling. Price is doable. Not a shiny new facility.
