Edward was great. He knew all the steps to take to figure out the source of the leak and explained everything to me. I was however pretty shocked at the high price because he was only at my house for 1 1/2 hours.

Tech Edward was outstanding. On time, had all necessary parts, even though local area needed some reposing. Although not major it was Perfect for the local condition and knew exactly which options were available. This columned so impressive in plumbing techniques,options and how to work fast & efficient with his helper whose work he supervised in good training mode.
