Chris and the girl working with him whose name escapes me were fantastic. They went above and beyond and we’re teaching me about my system. That’s who I want if I have to have some plumbing out again.

The tech (Edward) was very professional and informative. He explained in depth what was wrong and detailed the solution.
Work was good but I thought cost was too much.
Rico and Noah were friendly and professional. Explained the benefits of the water heater very well and they were efficient in installing it. My only reason for not rating them a 5 is they could have taken the time to explain how to connect the heater to the phone app. We had to figure that out ourselves.
Very well done.
Despite a couple of issues, Sun plumbing and Garrett pulled through for us.
