So far, great customer service since the initial loan officer process, during closing and the first year. Everything was done digital during Covid-19 Pandemic, so the process was faster than other banks in PR.

A big shout out to JAMIE K*****! Our case was hard and complicated and to resume it all, it was a frustrating process. Moustafa H***** was my loan officer. He was very knowledgeable, and always replied to all my questions in a timely manner. if he was unsure of something he would let me know he would get me an answer, and would make sure to communicate with me once he had the information.He was able to get me the best deal out there, and even expedited closing. it was an easy process, and i would definitely recommend him as one of the go to loan officers.
