I spoke with an extremely patient, empathic and helpful representative today during a potential identity theft issue. She gave me peace of mind after thoroughly reviewing all aspects of my account with her supervisor. She also provided me with her contact information for future use about this issue which was wonderful as I won’t have to rehash the situation with someone else in any follow-up calls. I feel very lucky that she answered the phone when I called this evening.

I have a new loan with SunWest and they called me to ensure I had everything set up prior to my first payment. The phone call with my customer service rep (Ben) was very professional, concise, and didn’t include anything “unnecessary.” He was respectful of my time and we covered everything we needed to in a short amount of time. The information explained was thorough and clear.
