I love Sun West Mortgage. It doesn't take forever to get somebody and they are friendly and explain everything simply. They even followed up with my homeowners company when they saw they didn't bill them to make sure my coverage was seamless. LOVE!

Very courteous and knowledgeable. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Great customer service!
Customer Service Rep MC was very helpful in getting me a copy of my amortization schedule for my mortgage. He also stayed on the line and walked me through the amortizing tool that allows borrowers to see how paying more each month on the principle, pays off your loan faster and saves you in interest fees. Very cool!
