Very courteous and knowledgeable. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Great customer service!
Customer Service Rep MC was very helpful in getting me a copy of my amortization schedule for my mortgage. He also stayed on the line and walked me through the amortizing tool that allows borrowers to see how paying more each month on the principle, pays off your loan faster and saves you in interest fees. Very cool!

I've spoken with MC on several occasions and he has always been very pleasant to speak with and very professional in his demeanor. It's unusual in today's "lack of customer support" to find someone with the professionalism that has been displayed by MC. He's a credit to your organization!
