3/8/19 Today, I had the most pleasurable call and experience with a Sun West Mortgage customer service representative by the name of Miracle; she called to inquire about my March payment. I pay after the 16th of the month so I receive calls like this monthly. However, the call today was the most efficient, professional, pleasant, and customer friendly interaction I've had with the company since they've been my lender. I called on 3-7-19; but failed to write down the Customer Service Rep.'s name that assisted me. However, the Customer Service Rep was very helpful and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and even offered to call me back when the time came to make the changes to my account. I will definitely write down is name and update this review once I receive the call back.
