I have a new loan with SunWest and they called me to ensure I had everything set up prior to my first payment. The phone call with my customer service rep (Ben) was very professional, concise, and didn’t include anything “unnecessary.” He was respectful of my time and we covered everything we needed to in a short amount of time. The information explained was thorough and clear.
Excellent
Great Customer service. The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful with my needs.
Over my time as a customer, I have had to speak to customer service on a few occasions. Every representative has always treated me with courtesy and respect. These folks, as is my tendency to tell them, has been assets to this company. Their service is second to none.
