Each time I call Sunwest Mortgage Company I get great service
I called on 3-7-19; but failed to write down the Customer Service Rep.'s name that assisted me. However, the Customer Service Rep was very helpful and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and even offered to call me back when the time came to make the changes to my account. I will definitely write down is name and update this review once I receive the call back.

Miracle was very helpful and nice. I’ve been locked out my account and she waved my over the phone payment fee. I really appreciate great customer service. Hopefully, in the future I can bring my mortgage payment down.
Long wait on the phone and not very helpful when trying to pay ahead on mortgage
One of the worst costumer service ever. I applied for assistance early November and till today still havent received an answer. Every time I call they say is under review and that someone will call me back and they never do. I would not recommend this mortgage company.

The mortgage refinance process with SWMC was absolutely the most stressful experience I have ever encountered. SWMC was suggested via CreditKarma for a mortgage refi. Starting with an acceptance of a 15 year refi @ ****%, then going through a weeks long period not being able to reach anyone at SWMC for status updates (ghosting), going through 3 loan officers with no explanation and then at the 11th hour (appx 3 months later) and only after leaving bad reviews on their website, I finally get a call back from the 3rd loan offi... read more
