One of the worst costumer service ever. I applied for assistance early November and till today still havent received an answer. Every time I call they say is under review and that someone will call me back and they never do. I would not recommend this mortgage company.

I got this Sunwest mortgage thru one of those marketing calls that offered their mortgage financing that I followed back in July.After 3 months of accumulated requested documents after documents at the en of their last email, they requested my private lender mortgage payment account and ********************** payoffs figures, I provided them with a copy of my mortgage payment agreement provider thereafter I complied with their request.For 3 months this Sunwest mortgage *** kept me back and forth on a limbo till the end of th... read more
The mortgage refinance process with SWMC was absolutely the most stressful experience I have ever encountered. SWMC was suggested via CreditKarma for a mortgage refi. Starting with an acceptance of a 15 year refi @ ****%, then going through a weeks long period not being able to reach anyone at SWMC for status updates (ghosting), going through 3 loan officers with no explanation and then at the 11th hour (appx 3 months later) and only after leaving bad reviews on their website, I finally get a call back from the 3rd loan offi... read more
Sun west requires a minimum score of 500 well my husband is definitely there and they wanted us to send multiple documents just to turn around and say credit score is not high enough? That's some BS communication is non existing, it feels like they don't want to work with someone that doesnt have a perfect score so why even advertise for minimum score if your not willing to help?

This morage company is a scam they request some documents and than request more and they give you false hopes of becoming a home owner but when you tell them you had a stroke and can't remember stuff that happened over 4 years ago they don't care there not there to help you so I would tell everyone to stay away from this company they are a fake
Not very informative during loan process.. Never informed me or asked me if we wanted the $$ credit or use it for payment to pay on mortgage..they took it upon them self to do whatever with my money And used it toward a payment..Also they are sending ME a check to pay off my car made out to Auto Company instead of sending it out to auto company themselves that just delays the payoff and I will have to pay more interest..poor customer service! I do not recommend this *******************************************.

You can address me as **************, or *****. And I am not pleased with your company, and will change that as soon as I can.. Your people screwed up the taxes for 2021, You did not withhold enough. Your person NEVER called to get the right taxes...No you want me to pay for your f*** up... I will be checking with an attorney about that. I talked to *** today & fixed the problem I had. Good job ***! I tried setting something up a month ago & it didn't get taken care of online. Thank God for people like *** to get things resolved.

I went to the title company on 6/6/2022 to close on my house. I started signing paperwork and when Im got close to the end my mortgage amount was not the same. My lawyer advised me to stop signing and have the title representative call my lender. I was not given this information before closing and that was very unprofessional. The loan officer emailed me to e-sign the new loan disclosure only after the title representative reached out to her.
