I had several questions in regards to our mortgage with SunWest. The customer service rep, MC, provided exceptional service. He answered all questions and was patient, respectful and kind. Based on my experience with him, I can entusiasticly give 5 stars. I wish all my encounters with other businesses could give this type of customer service.

They are *******************, always kind!!! Cant beat that combo.
I became unable to make my mortgage payments due to being unemployed. I was very concerned as to what to do. I contacted ******* and although it took some time and a lot of papers to sign, they were so patient and knowledgeable about my options. They never made me feel like I was a problem to them. Answered all my questions and I was so relieved to have options for my problem. They were fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them.
