By 02/16 I still had not received my tax forms in connection with a rental property in **********. In the attempt to investigate and get my copy, I could not gain access to my account. ******, ********'s representative who happened to take my call, informed me of a glitch that occurred in the issuance of a new loan number when I refinanced last year.
