Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. is an excellent lender. They are very helpful and understanding. I am paid biweekly, so my payment is paid within the first 2 weeks of the month. Some companies would call and bug you to pay on the first; however, Sun West Mortgage has been gracious with my payment dates. Communication between the representatives I have dealt with and me has been wonderful. I highly recommend Sun West Mortgage.

I needed assistance with receiving a replacement check for my escrow surplus. I called and needed to speak with a second ****** at the company, I was given the option to hold or receive a call back. I chose the call back in lieu of waiting. The return call was promptly received. My issue was resolved with little effort and pleasant service.
