The csr that helped me was outstanding. She explained to me that the PMI insurance due to FHA load was on my load for its entirety. I was NEVER told this. Who would pay that extra money for 30 years!!! OMG. She explained to me that I could refinance (with Sun West) tried to get me a loan officer, stayed on the phone with me for over 10 minutes was very helpful. She also informed me she would give me a follow up call next week to verify I was taken care of. VERY HELPFUL!!! KUDOS!

Same servicing representative as before doing a follow up call. She again did her best in giving me the beat update and asked me questions for the next update. This representative is totally professional, friendly and cares about the customers, you can hear it in her Voice when talking to her. I really wish there were more people like her out there.
