I thought that the rep that signed me up was great.However, when we were in the middle of the Covid pandemic, they really had nothing to offer that was helpful. There should have been a mortgage no pay period of 3 to 6 months that would be added to the end of the original payment period. That's real help. Don't get me wrong, ****** even rewarded those of us that made our payments even tho the companies we worked for closed
