Whether good or bad I will say.... However, ****** was very great, he was patient, he listened to me without interruption, he was thorough, it's been a while I have met a rep who gives all the information about a product/issue without being prompted. He answered all questions without sighing (blowing off steam). He offered options, disclosing the positives and negatives of each.5 stars for ******, thanks for the good customer service and psychological support.
