Andrea, Henry, and Guillermo were absolutely perfect in my request to supply another servicing bank's request for documents regarding my assumption loan. After many requests from the servicing bank for additional documents, they didn't hesitate to supply the needed documents. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again. Kudos to all.
