A BIG shout out to Roxanne Blum, she is absolutely the best!! She was there every step of the way. The great thing was that she made it happen, she wasn't giving up until it happened. We are in our beautiful home all because of Roxanne!!

Mr.Pedreira is very professional, knowledgeable, and accurate, his passionate for his job reflects on his daily performance and a job well done. He was available 24/7 and kept me apprised of all information needed as the process took place. All his information was on point without no surprises at closing date. It was truly a pleasure having Jose Pedreira as my Loan Officer during my recent home purchase. Being a Senior, I have purchased my share of homes during my lifetime, but I can't remember one that was done so proficiently. From the very start of the process, right through to the Closing I never felt alone. Jose was always available, with the right answers, in a timely manner; and I always felt he had my best interests at heart. Fernando was knowledgeable and helpful answering every question we had along the way. As first-time home buyers, we needed someone patient and accessible, and he definitely is. If any issues raised, we knew that Fernando would be there to assist us and work it out.

I have refinanced with Sunwest 3 times in 3 years. They have been excellent in every aspect of the business. I now have a 2.75 rate and am thrilled !

Let me start this review by saying that I am not a detail person and I hate paper work!
Richard Worley was my contact for refinancing my home. He was great. I checked my cell phone and ,over a 9 week period, I called him 37 times. He was nice enough to share his home phone and I often called him after hours. The process was very frustrating for me for the reasons stated above. Rich kept calming me down and explaining the process. The problem wasn't Sun West; it was the feds for needing so much paperwork...do they really need to know my grandmothers' shoe size! Twice, I was ready to just drop it but Rich was there for me. It was clear that he was my advocate.
The bottom line is that I'm looking at a very nice tax free check that reflects the equity in my home. It would not have happened were it not for Richard. Oh, I also got a great interest rate.

We were impressed with Roxanne's knowledge of the home buying and financing process. We had a pretty complicated situation with buying our second home. Roxanne completely understood our situation and helped explain (with great detail) the process. We would definitely want her help again when purchasing another home!
