I had made an online inquiry and today I received a call back from SWMC and the gentleman on the phone was fantastic. Instead of trying to just get me off the phone, he was very detailed and answered all of my questions and resolved my concern. The customer service was excellent. Its hard to talk to a human in some places but here it was a live person, and a helpful one at that. I feel bad that I did not get his name, I think he said "M.C." was his name when he first called. Always been super helpful. helped me, as first time home buyer, to get everything in order with minimum hiccups along the way. Covid threw a wrench into most of our plans, but Sun West walked me through the whole process. I've been with them for a year now and plan on keeping with them for another 29 years.
