Whether good or bad I will say.... However, ****** was very great, he was patient, he listened to me without interruption, he was thorough, it's been a while I have met a rep who gives all the information about a product/issue without being prompted. He answered all questions without sighing (blowing off steam). He offered options, disclosing the positives and negatives of each.5 stars for ******, thanks for the good customer service and psychological support.

Reliable customer service, always helpful. I spoke with a guy tonight (Raphael)regarding letters from other sources alluding to be Sun West or affiliated with. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Very pleasant and professional. Ive also just completed a refi with them, the process was painless and easy. Ive been with Sun West since 2014.
