Needed a copy of my appraisal on loan that closed in 2021. I did not have a hard copy to use in protesting a 137k increase in value over last year. Taxes up 33%. ****** was so very helpful. I called SunWest Mortgage to inquiry an increase on my escrow account. Ms. ******* provided me with awesome customer service. She went above and beyond to give me an explanation on my account. I want to Thank I believe Smiracle for helping me when I couldn't figure out how to complete Autopay online. She was very pleasant and professional. I could not ask for more. After canceling the original Autopay when I was hacked and scammed in January and after my credit union went to a new system where they won't pay Sun West electronically anymore, I made the decision to go to autopay once more. I am very happy with the service received!

My checking g account was compromised and the stolen fu ds wouldn't be credited back until after the auto payment went through. I called and had three good fortune tonspeak with *******. She quickly understood my situation, canceled the auto payment and scheduled a new payment for a few days later. Prompt and courteous service!!!
