I have used Sunwest Mortgage ** for 3 mortgages and have always had good service, but I just hung up with one of their employees, Candy, who gave me excellent service. She even offered to call me in 7 days with an update to my issue.
I had made an online inquiry and today I received a call back from SWMC and the gentleman on the phone was fantastic. Instead of trying to just get me off the phone, he was very detailed and answered all of my questions and resolved my concern. The customer service was excellent. Its hard to talk to a human in some places but here it was a live person, and a helpful one at that. I feel bad that I did not get his name, I think he said "M.C." was his name when he first called.
