Talked to a mortgage Rep, about possible suggestions for forbearance info on mortgage payments due to layoffs from temporary work assignments. The Representative was very knowledgeable about the forbearance procedures and how to protect credit record from being effected by late payments.

I always have a good experience when I call Sun West. My only complaint is they only have payment dates set for the beginning of the month and I can only pay at the end of the month. So I have quit a bit of late charges. Other than that I am fine with their services.
