I was very pleased with the response I received from the representative who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and appeared to go above and beyond what was necessary to help remedy the predicament I found myself in. He explained everything that was available for me to consider and he showed empathy for my situation. Talked to a mortgage Rep, about possible suggestions for forbearance info on mortgage payments due to layoffs from temporary work assignments. The Representative was very knowledgeable about the forbearance procedures and how to protect credit record from being effected by late payments.
