The person I spoke with on phone now was very courteous and efficient. Low wait time on call, as in past experience with SunWest. Prior experience with loan process was likewise very smooth.

I've had 3 loans with SunWest and their service has been really great. Considering how difficult it has been for everyone during the pandemic, they stand FAR above most businesses in their treatment of consumers. I had a couple of representatives with poor attitudes, but the company itself and the vast majority of the people who I have worked with have been outstanding. Just set up my account/auto pay today. The customer service representative I spoke with ("MC") was GREAT-- professional, friendly, informative and efficient. All in all, one of the best (if not THE best) customer service calls I have ever had. In fact, my whole experience with Sun West (from broker to closer) has been very positive. I am very happy I chose Sun West for my refinance and will recommend to others..
