Great mortgage company to work with. I have never had a problem that they wouldn't work with me to solve. They have refinanced my mortgage twice on a VA streamline and both times, the process was seamless and painless. When I end up purchasing another home, Sun West will absolutely get first shot at the mortgage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!One little caveat here...During the ***** crisis, their customer service reps are understaffed and can take a few days to return calls. Aside from that small issue, zero complaints.

So far, great customer service since the initial loan officer process, during closing and the first year. Everything was done digital during Covid-19 Pandemic, so the process was faster than other banks in PR.
