I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes until I decided to have a call. back. In less than 10 minutes I had a call back and talked to *********************** who was able to send me thru e mail my February statement which I didn't receive thru mail. He also informed me the tax document was mailed Jan 25, 2022. As of this date, Jan. 31 , i haven't received it so I'll wait then. ***************** was pleasant and knowledgeable. Next time I call, I'll just select option- call back instead of holding.

We have had a great experience so far with SunWest Mortgage Company. Before we came to Sun West, we had issues with another mortgage company trying to refinance our house (over 4mos of trying). Got a recommendation to try SunWest and we closed withing 40days of starting the refi process all over again. Our first payment was due on Jan 1. We mail the check and it apparently did not make it.
