Sun west , call me to refinance, I was a little concerned with all the fraud , but after talking to Paz and the information we discussed lead me to believe and understand that this was a real concern for keeping my business. The experience was great, they made it supper easy to transfer the loan and start with a great rate.. Id recommend sun west to any home buyer or refinanced. Better than the main banks and easy to deal with.. they say what you need and complete what they say!

I had a great experience refinancing my home. The process was quick and painless! Most of all, the service was good. I never felt dismissed, lied to, or rushed. ***** was my rep and he was very responsive both during and after the process. Typically, companies only follow up when there is negative feedback but I actually received ANOTHER call from different employee thanking me for my positive responses; and he was ridiculously pleasant. i have been a customer of this ********************** for many years now and I love it - a great company - today's phone service was awesome too she even provided a date with revision i asked w no complaints and with great care, she took care of the issue at hand which would have affected my closing day and it was very important to me. thank you!
