Very good experience at a very difficult time in my life. When my husband passed after a 3 year battle with terminal lung cancer, I faced a serious financial situation. Every customer service Representative worked with me and kept in touch so I would not lose my home. It has taken me over a year to bring my account current. During that time, although they have to read their speech that they are a collection agency, the conversation then became human.
